Not gonna lie, I ordered this because I completely dropped the ball on my wife's birthday. I needed something by the next day and didn't want to just grab another gift card. Put in a few things about how we met, our daughter, and this dumb joke we've had forever. I figured it would be kind of cheesy, but she actually loved it. Best part was watching her realize halfway through that the song was about her.
I got this for my wife mostly as a joke because our dog is basically the third person in our marriage. I put in a few things about us, how long we've been together, and how the dog somehow always ends up taking my spot in bed. I expected it to be funny, but the song actually came out really good and way more personal than I thought it would. My wife laughed as soon as she heard the dog part, then made me play the whole thing again. I'd absolutely do it again.
I usually have no clue what to buy my mom because she already has everything she needs.
