Welcome to SoundCard.ai ("Service"), operated by moretime.ai Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

SoundCard.ai provides custom AI-generated songs for personal and commercial occasions. Each order produces a unique audio file based on the information you provide — including occasion, recipient details, musical genre preferences, and personal memories or brand information.

Songs are created based on genre and style descriptions (e.g., pop, R&B, country, rock, classical). SoundCard.ai does not create songs intended to imitate, replicate, or reference any specific recording artist, performer, or copyrighted work. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any music artist, label, or publisher.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this Service. By placing an order, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.
• The current price per song is $19.99 USD, unless modified by an applicable promotional code.
• Payment is collected at the time of order. No subscription is required.
• Promotional codes are subject to availability and may be revoked at any time.

4. Delivery

• Completed songs are delivered to the email address provided during checkout.
• Standard delivery time is within 24 hours of a completed payment.
• We make reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines but do not guarantee exact delivery times.

5. Content and Ownership

• You retain ownership of the personal information and creative direction you provide (e.g., names, memories, brand details).
• Upon delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the generated song for personal or commercial purposes.
• All songs are original AI-generated compositions based on genre and style. No songs are intended to replicate or imitate any copyrighted material or any specific artist's voice, sound, or likeness.
• We reserve the right to use anonymized versions of generated content for quality improvement and promotional purposes.
• You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights.

6. Refund Policy

• Due to the custom nature of each song, all sales are final.
• If the delivered song contains a factual error (e.g., wrong name), we will provide a corrected version at no additional charge.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us at hello@soundcard.ai for assistance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the AI technology powering the Service.
• Use generated content to harass, defame, or harm any individual or entity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

We collect and process personal information as necessary to fulfill your order (name, email, song details). We do not sell your personal data. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
